Payment

Q: I don’t have a Paypal Account. Can I pay with a credit card or debit card instead?

A: Yes.  Add your item to your cart and then click on the “Check out with Paypal” button. On the next screen, you will see an option to “Pay with a debit or credit card”. Simply click on this link and you can use your card to pay.

Q: Is my payment secure?

A: Yes, we use PayPal to manage all financial transactions, so your purchasing information, your account details, and your personal information are all completely protected.

Courses

Q: Can I reserve my place and pay later?

A: We are unable to reserve your place without receiving payment. Payment is due strictly on booking

Q: When do I need to make my payment by?

A: We need to receive your payment before the course starts.

 

Q: Can I pay by instalments?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept instalments. All payments must be made in full at the point of booking. 

Q: If I’ve already paid but I’m unable to attend some or all of the sessions will my money be refunded?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable make refunds for non-attendance of any or all sessions.

Q: If I want to cancel my booking before the course starts will my money be refunded to me?

A: All booking payments are strictly non-refundable. This is because we accept a limited number of people on each course; once you have booked, we reserve that place for you so no one else can book it.

Q: If I feel the course isn’t right for me once I’ve started it, can my money be refunded to me?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any monies if you decide you do not wish to continue with the course. This is because we accept a limited number of people on each course; once you have booked, we reserve that place for you so no one else can book it.

Online Groups

Q: When do I need to pay for a session?

A: You need to pay for a session at the point of booking. 

Q: Is it ok to book a session at the last minute?

A: Yes, as this is an open group, you can book at the last minute

Q: I’ve paid for a session but cannot attend, is the money I paid transferrable to another session?

A: Payments for booked sessions are not transferrable to other sessions.

Q: If I’ve already paid for a session but cannot attend, will my money be refunded?

A: All payments for sessions are strictly non-refundable

London Groups

Q: How do I book a place in one of the London groups?

A: Register your interest in the groups by entering your details in the contact box and leave a message. Linda will contact you direct about availability and payment arrangements and answer any questions you may have.

One-to-One Sessions

Q: How do I book a one-to-one session?

A: Contact Linda, either through calling the Skype number provided or by entering your details and leaving a message in the contact box.  Linda will contact you direct about availability and payment arrangements and answer any questions you may have.
