Q: Will MP3 files work on both Macintosh/Apple and PC computers?

A: Yes, MP3 files will work on both Macintosh/Apple and PC computers. Both types of computers will need to have an MP3 player installed – such as iTunes, Winamp, or Microsoft’s Windows Media Player in order to play the music files.

Q: Where do I find the download link(s) upon completion of payment.

A: After completing your order you will be sent a confirmation email.
This email will contain a link, which when clicked will open the Audio Meditation site in your browser detailing your order and link(s) to download the

MP3
The MP3 download link is in red and can be found near to the bottom of the receipt.

Please note: You may download the file(s) for up to 30 days. At that time the link will expire.

Q: Where will the files be saved when the download(s) are complete?

A: When you click on a download link you will start the process of downloading the zipped file (the file name will end in .zip). The .zip file when unzipped contains a folder with all the MP3 tracks inside (if you purchased a multiple CD product in MP3 format you will have multiple folders of MP3’s – one for each CD.

Once fully downloaded and un-zipped you can then select the destination of your downloaded MP3 files to be saved. If you are using a Mac, then they are probably in your “Downloads” folder. It is important to save the files to a location that you can find on your computer. Most commonly, audio files are placed in the “My Music” folder found in “My Documents” or you can save in a specific folder or on your desktop. Once the file has been fully downloaded, you can then add the MP3 to a specific play list or drag it directly into your iTunes.

Q: How long will the MP3’s take to download?

A: It will depend on the speed of your internet connection and the product you purchased. MP3 files are approximately 2Mb for every minute of audio. Our largest product is 240Mb in size – please allow up to 40 mins to download.

Q: Are the downloads zipped? Will I need unzipping software?

Yes, the downloads are zipped. You will need an application to un-zip the file. Nearly all PC and Macs have an application pre-installed to do this.
If not WinZip is a popular free option for PC users.
For Mac users the file will automatically un-zip.

Q: I am a PC user – How do I un-zip the file?

A: If it doesn’t un-compress by double clicking on the file then do the following:

  • Locate the zip folder and right click it.

  • A drop down menu will appear. Select Extract all.

  • A new window will open prompting you to select the destination where the folder should be extracted to. Unless you have a preferred location, I’d recommend that you select your desktop. Make sure that you tick the box ‘Show extracted files when complete‘.

  • Click ‘Extract‘ and after a short time a window will open showing you the extracted files.

Q: How can I transfer my audio files from my computer to my iPad/iPhone?

A: Once you have downloaded your audio files (remembering to unzip them if they are zip files) then drag and drop them to iTunes. Then it’s as simple as “syncing” your iTunes library on your computer with your iPad/iPhone.

This YouTube video helps to demonstrate this process.

Q: I am an iPhone / iPad user – How do I download the MP3’s directly to my iPhone, iPad or other mobile device?

A: Our audio files can be used on all mobile devices like iPhones, iPads and Android phones, but downloading the audio files directly to your mobile device is not straightforward. Ideally it is easier to download the files to your computer first. Once they have been downloaded to your computer then you can upload them to your mobile device.

If you don’t have a computer and you want to download the audio files directly to your Apple mobile device, then you will need to download an app called AudioShare on your device.

This app costs £3.99 and can be found in the Apple App Store – AudioShare App

Q: How do I download the MP3’s directly to my Chromebook?

A: Audio downloads are formatted in a single large zipped file. Our largest product is quite large (up to 700mb) so will take up storage space on a Chromebook. Please be aware that when you download the MP3, previous files in the download folder may be automatically deleted  – Chromebooks do this to make space for the new download.

Here is a link that will assist you downloading and saving zipped files on a Chromebook –
